I strive to make my customers happy so please let me know if you are not fully satisfied with your product. Please keep in mind that all items are handcrafted by my or carefully sourced from sellers around the world. No 2 items are exactly alike, but I strive to match the product description/photos. Be sure to read all product descriptions before purchasing.

If, for some reason, I am not able to purchase the necessary supplies to complete your order to match the product description, you will be contacted immediately. You will be given the option to cancel your order for a full refund or continue the order with new options provided to you.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Items are made to order and can take time to ship. Please see below for current processing times based on your order.
Orders of only ready to ship items: within 1 week
Orders that include DIY Kits: 1 to 2 weeks
Orders that include Assembled items and/or items where you choose an option: 2 to 3 weeks

The Adventure Dollhouse
The dollhouse ships separately from any other items in your order.
Domestic Shipping (Within the United States): $35

Note: International packages that do not arrive after 6 months
from the ship date are only eligible for a refund of half the order total.
SUBSCRIPTION BOXES
Subscription boxes are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item was damaged in transit. In that case, you will receive a replacement box or a refund if materials are available to replicate a box.

You cancel at any time by emailing me at hello@miniadventuresco.com. I cannot cancel a box that has already been paid for. The cancellation would not take effect until the following box. If you need to change your payment method or shipping address, please email me at hello@miniadventuresco.com.

I occasionally include an item in a subscription box that I already sell in my online shop. If you can provide an order number to show that you previously purchased that same item, I will issue a store credit in the amount of that item.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your product, please let me know within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that each product is made by hand and has its own unique characteristics. You will qualify for a full refund if the product is damaged from shipping or if the product does not match the description. I cannot provide you with a refund if the product is damaged by your child so be sure to read our Age Guide below to determine the suitability for your child.

I will pay for the return shipping cost in the event the product was damaged during shipping or the product does not match the product description. The customer is responsible for return shipping if the product was damaged by a child. Please return your item within 5 days of receiving your return shipping label.

For The Adventure Dollhouse, evidence of shipping damage must be sent to me before a refund or exchange can be issued. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for a product that has already been assembled.

Instant downloads do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Your personal information will NEVER be shared with a third party. All payment information is verified through PayPal or my credit card processor Stripe. Your order information is saved securely for tax purposes and to ensure customer satisfaction.

AGE GUIDE
In general, my products are designed to be played with children 4 years and up. Some of the smaller items could pose a choking hazard so children should not be left unsupervised while playing. The Adventure Dollhouse has been safety tested for children 3 years of age and older.
