If you're new here, here are some of my most asked questions to help you.

What scale do you use to make your miniatures?

All of my items are in 1:12 scale, which means that 1 foot in real life measure 1 inch in the dollhouse world. Barbies are sized to 1:6 scale, which I am not currently selling, but I have plans to sell items in Barbie scale soon.

Can you recommend dolls to use?

There are lots of fun options for 1:12 dollhouses. Dolls like Floral & Fawna's adorable critters, Maileg mice, and Calico Critters are perfect for the little ones, while the Chelsea dolls from the Barbie collection are great for older kids.

What ages are appropriate for playing with your furniture and decor?

Most of my items are great for children 4 years of age and older. I do offer small pieces that are not suitable for young children. All small items could pose a choking hazard for children so they should not be left unsupervised while playing.

When will my order be shipped?

Processing times vary based on my order load as well as my personal responsibilities (I'm a stay-at-home mom to 3 young kids). For updated processing times, check out my Shop Policies.

What can I expect with your DIY Kits?

Making and decorating dollhouses has been so much fun for me that I thought it was important to offer my customers the same opportunity. I try to offer a DIY Kit option for as many products as I can. You get to save money while customizing your piece to match your dollhouse perfectly. You'll receive the necessary materials to make your item (check individual listings for the exact materials you will receive) as well as access to a library of blog posts with instructions on how to assemble your item. Then, you have the option to paint or stain whatever color you choose.

What dollhouses go with your furniture?

My furniture and decor fit any dollhouse sized to 1:12 scale. If you're just starting out, I highly recommend the Flisat dollhouse from IKEA; it's sturdy, very affordable, and easy to assemble. Conifer Toys, The Tiny Timber Co, and Macy Mae also offer beautiful options. I have plans in the works to offer my own dollhouse.

What is a travel dollhouse?

I offer ready to ship travel dollhouses on a limited basis. This particular dollhouse is designed for all items to fit inside the closed case. This means play time packs up and tracels with your child. Each travel dollhouse comes in a sturdy laminated papernboard case with a customized wooden luggage tag.

Do you offer full house packages?

I offer a variety of house packages, including full house packages and individual room packages. By purchasing a package, you get the items at a slight discount than if you were to buy the items individually. Upon placing your order for the package, I will email you to find out the specific options you want.

What are your designer dollhouses?

On a very limited basis, I offer completely assembled, furnished, and decorated dollhouses that are ready to ship. These dollhouses have already been completed so you will not have the opportunity to choose details or colors.. A designer dollhouse makes a perfect gift since it includes a fully furnished, assembled dollhouse. The dollhouse ships free within the US, but I will not ship an assembled diollhouse internationally due to the high shipping cost.

Do you offer custom dollhouses?

I no longer offer custom dollhouses due to the extreme time commitment. However, you can find fully furnished designer dollhouses. You can also contact me about purchasing a full house package with an assembled IKEA dollhouse that I will furnish and decorate with items you can find in my shop.

How do I order from your website?

I offer items on a preorder basis. About once a month, I open my shop to allow people to place orders. For most options, items have an unlimited inventory which gives everyone a chance to buy exactly what they want. After my capacity to fulfill orders in a 3-4 week time period is reached, usually within 1-2 days, I list all items (other than instant downloads) as out of stock. I suggest placing your order fairly quickly once I reopen to make sure you get it in on time. Once I fulfill all open orders, I reopen my shop for the next preorder. Make sure you're subscribed to my mailing list so you'll know exact reopening dates.

What if I need my order by a certain date?

Because my items are made to order, I offer things as a preorder that will not be ready to ship for 3-4 weeks. If you need your order sooner than that, you have an option to pay for rush processing. All of my shop sections have a listing for "Rush Processing." You only need to pay for that once per order. Please leave a note at checkout specifying when you need your order, and I will do my best to accommodate you. If I cannot get your order to you on time, I will let you know as soon as possible and give you the chance to have your order refunded.
