Please read all information below before purchasing a subscription box.

Subscription Box FAQ's

Why should I order a subscription?

That is a great question! With a subscription box, you get exclusive items that you cannot buy any other way. This is a great way to add to your dollhouse and encourage your child to play creatively. I work hard to create a box that promotes interactive play that develops critical thinking, problem solving, and fine motor skills. Play time is so much more than that; it's a time to learn, too.

What's included in a subscription box?

The best part about a subscription box is that it's a fun surprise for your child. I always share sneak peeks on my Instagram account, but I like to throw in surprise treats, too. Your box will be different every time you get it. I typically focus on a certain theme, but it doesn't always have to follow that. It could be seasonal, decor, furniture, or a combo. It could be one large item or a collection of smaller things. Part of the fun is opening the box to find out what's inside.

I just ordered! When will I get my first box?

As long as you ordered before the deadline, you'll get the next box. For example, the deadline for the March box is February 28. If you order before that date, you'll get the March box. If you order after February 28, your first box will be the June box.

Why is the order deadline so much earlier than the ship date?

I'm a one woman show at the moment so I need plenty of time to make sure I can order enough materials, make the products, and get the boxes assembled before the mid-month ship date. If you order after the deadline, don't worry; you'll get a box in a few months.

How often will I be charged?

You will be charged 4 times per year using the payment method you specified when you ordered. Your first payment will take place when you initially sign up for a subscription. Your next payment will take place 3 months later. For example, if you sign up for a subscription on January 12, you will be charged that day but your first box you receive will be the March box. You will be charged again for the June box on April 12.

I don't like the items in my box. Can I return it?

Subscription boxes are not eligible for returns or refunds unless you can prove the items were damaged in transit. If you don't like the box, I hope you're willing to give me another chance on the next box. I spend so much time thinking of fun ideas, designing those ideas, and bringing them to life.

How do I cancel my subscription?

I hate to see you go, but I understand circumstances change and you might need to cancel. Please understand that you cannot cancel a box that has already been paid for. Your subscription would be cancelled for the following box. You can email me at hello@miniadventuresco.com to make changes to your account.

How do I update my billing information or shipping address?

To update your shipping address, email me at hello@miniadventuresco.com with the correct address. Unfortunately, I do not have a way to update your payment information. Your subscription will need to be cancelled and you will have to sign up again with a new payment method. Please notify me of any changes well before deadlines to make sure you receive your box.

My box came with a DIY Kit. Where can I find a tutorial on how to make it?

Head to the Tutorials page from the main menu. You can find a whole blog post for each box; just search for the month and year to find your box. The blog post includes any tutorials for DIY Kits as well as ideas on activities for your child to do with his or her box.

What if I don't celebrate Easter or Christmas?

That's totally fine. Just shoot me an email at hello@miniadventuresco.com plenty of time before I'm preparing the boxes. We can work on an alternative for your child to enjoy.
